Why should we register as a group?
First, because of the added convenience at the preregistration pickup counter one representative will be able to pick up all of the badges for your organization.  Second, because it’s cheaper!
When does Group Registration Close?
Group Registration closes on March 20th, 2017, however all group payments are due by April 1st, 2017.
How do we register our group?

Please download the provided Excel Format in order to provide each individuals associated information.  Then you simply fill out the form below, and upload the updated Excel, before March 20th.  The Sales representative will then send further instructions in the e-mail you receive.

How much cheaper is Group Registration?
Each ticket is $40, a full $10 off the At Door Rate.
Does my group qualify for the special rate?
Your group must have (10) ten or more members and must be an actual group or organization.  Examples of acceptable groups are High School or College Anime (or other) clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.   All Group Applications are assessed on a case by case basis by the Sales Director.
There’s no Credit Card option below how do we pay?
You must pay via check for all group registrations.  Checks should be made out to “Pittsburgh JCS INC.” and mailed to Tekko Group Registration c/o Caitlin McCullough, PO BOX 1506 Cranberry Township, PA 16066
Should I mail my check now?
No, please mail your check once you receive notice stating that your group registration application has been accepted and directing you to mail your check.  Registrations are not final until payment is received and processed.
What happens if my check bounces?
Your registration will be voided and you will be assessed a $30 fee in addition to any bank fees incurred.
How will I know that you have received our check?
We will e-mail you silly!
